All ltc policies are based upon pool of money concept and are not time restricted; rate increases and gender based pricing are separate and distinct issues. Omaha also has gender based pricing.

A 30% cash alternative benefit? Meh. If you wish for this to be the "tie breaker" of the 2 contracts, I guess you could hang your hat on this alternative perk.
I think the ability to use caregivers independent of agencies is really the more important distinction with MOO Solutions and PC Flex 3.
I guess I would state the current MOO contract is a better "contract" than the PC Flex 3 contract.
As a company, I simply prefer Genworth because Genworth has treated all of my clients superbly and compassionately at claim time with zero complaints. As I stated, I have a professional bias due to my positive experiences with Genworth.
