Thats just crazy. What a pos carrier and insurance policy.

Its rare to find a heavily marketed child policy that is worth a crap. SF had some really solid child WL policies they sold back in the 60s-90s. Ive run across a fair amount locally, not sure how common they are in other areas.

They market this stuff to inner city families... now that violence is on the rise and little somethings are being popped right off their own porch it makes you wonder what sort of hassle are families going through nation wide?
 
The real issue here is that corporations are able to buy their innocence via a cash settlement, then carry on exactly as before. If you think Gerber must have done something wrong based on the $1.1M fine, what did Herbalife do to earn their $200M fine?
