Genpactis seeking qualified insurance claims experts to participate in Genpact SolutionXchange, a new and exclusive community that connects world-class experts with Genpact domain leaders to solve business challenges for a commercial reward.

Here's how it works. Genpact posts specific business challenges that the company and its clients are facing, along with a commercial reward amount for a solution. Experts in the network submit solutions, and Genpact domain leaders select the best solution based on pre-determined criteria. The selected expert gets the reward.

Interested? The first challenge is coming up!

In late January, Genpact will share the details of the first business challenge related to healthcare and P&C claims management, along with the reward amount. You will have one month to submit a solution, which will be reviewed by a panel of domain experts at Genpact. In mid-March, Genpact will announce its selection, and one expert will receive the stated reward.

For this first challenge, Genpact is seeking experts with the following qualifications:
• 10-15 years experience in insurance claims departments (e.g. Property & Casualty Insurance, Healthcare Insurance)
• Educational qualifications in Claims Management
• Industry-recognized certification from AICPCU
• Based in North America
