Getting a medicare supplement through underwriting if a man is on two drugs: trulicity and metormin

I have a guy in florida that has type 2 diabetes and has been on trulicity and metformin. His AIC is 7.5. he takes no other medicines at all and was diagnosed with this condition over a year ago. any chance of getting him a policy with any carrier? I know it is a long shot but thought maybe someone has dealt with this before

I think just about everybody will take him if his diabetes has been under control and no complications or change in meds the past 2-3 years...and no neuropathy.
