I talked to one of their marketers. Seemed ok, standard knowledge. They promised they would check on a few things for me and e-mail me. They never followed through, but that is pretty standard too.
After you give an FMO the contract, they are hard to reach. I know they are out looking for more contracts.

If your referring to Great Plains Life and Annuity out of Kansas City, I think they do a pretty good job with getting you top contracts( I have 3 carriers with them)...but if you need ongoing training, and alot of hand holding, they probably won't be a good fit for you...Contact Dick Reynolds over there, and he may be able to assist you.
