Suggest you might want to invest in FEXQuotes. For less than $20/mo you could find out that there are at least 4 carriers offering GI coverage in that age bracket in your state.
You will also see that an agent guide is available to review (don't know if the guides are state specific).
Importantly, there is a contracting source listing that will give you one or more places you could go to learn about contracting, underwriting and commissions.
