Hello Friends,
I am shopping for a home owner's condo policy and I am a bit surprised about Guest Medical Protection in the Condo Policy. One component of family liability is that if a guest trips in your home and decides to sue you for medical expenses and lost wages. I wonder like who would do that, for eg. if a person does trip on a rug or something why should it be my fault and second thing which guest would sue a friend for damages? Wondering if this is valid clause that I should be paying for?
