Handwritten Notes -- The *New* Marketing Rage?

Work the senior market if you do not want to do hand written notes, unless you want send each one to CMS first for approval. ;)

I really don't think it matters if you are selling Supps or Advantage plans. To send your client a birthday letter or thank you letter, I don't believe it requires CMS approval.

I send all my clients thank you letters when they first take a policy, an anniversary letter after they have had the policy for eleven months and a news letter around the first of the year telling them things that Jacqueline and I have been doing. (Ask me about the "new ass". We went to a mule sale last June and Jacqueline bought a mule. I didn't even know she was bidding on it. LOL I included a pic of Jacqueline and her new mule in my January news letter. My clients loved it.) I don't think this requires CMS approval!

If CMS wants to take exception with me communicating with my clients then, as the drunken mouse said, "Bring on the damn cat".
