yes, as long as he goes through the process and provides supporting documents

So if it's Humana terming the plan and he gets a Humana Gi sup can't they look it up or does he have to submit docs ?

in theory they could look it up. But in my experience, rarely does one hand ever talk to the other.
It would be prudent for your client to be prepared to supply supporting documentation

It's ok to be authentic and say that you don't want to write the business for no pay. I wouldn't either. You're in a forum full of agents and brokers (for the most part) - who do you think you're fooling?

Absolutely not . These are some of my best clients . I've written 10 plus off them and 5 life off them
