The referrals he could generate alone could be worth it........not just with your congregation but other churches in the area. Talk about a warm hand off, can't think of a better introduction.

That's kind of what I had in mind. He has served many churches in this area, and has been a minister for 30 years. He knows Everybody, and everybody knows him. He is very well liked in the community, and I felt like that having him as an agent would be very good for business, if only for the "connections" he brings to the table.
