Hawksoft Vs QQ Catalyst

Any thoughts on these systems? After 8 years with AMS360, I am thinking of switching. Both seem perfect for our book 80% personal/20 Comm. Worried about the downloads and forms for submissions. Anyone make the switch? Would love the text integration and drip marketing options.

QQ seems to be stagnant. It is a great system but they seem to be slowing down on upgrades and innovation. Hawksoft is equal to AMS and Applied in an agency with your product mix IMHO.
