Today I get a lead from ASAP quotes which the prospect fell below the minimum height and weight. So I put in for a lead credit as she was uninsurable and I was told that I could put in a lead credit for any uninsurable prospects.
ASAP lead credit team comes back and denies me because they said that there are carriers that will insure this prospect. Looking at the Build Charts from the carriers I sell for in Colorado I had none so I asked the ASAP credit team to provide me with those carriers they are referring to. They send back this link:

which is a personalized link for someone named Robert Gandelman since it says Welcome Agent: Robert Gandelman in the upper top left hand corner
Does anyone know what health essentials online is and why would a lead vendor be recommending this to there agents to sell to their prospects? I am more miffed about them pushing a plan that looks to be total crap then getting my lead credit.
