I need a contact to correct a few things. In zip codes 31037, 31011, and 30411 in Georgia you have not included Laurens county which is in all these zip codes.
Also, when I a port to the payment page the premium and tax credit is screwy, whats going on there?
Example : total premium 782.95 (total premium) $750 (APTC) $32.95 premium.
Humana payment center shows total amount 65.90 and APTC of 32.95, still leaving 32.95 as amount do but why is the insurance company not seeing the correct numbers?
And when I entered a different mailing address than the physical address, the Insurance company and HHS show the physical address as the mailing address, how do I handle this in the future? Just use a PO box as the home address?
