Is there a contact number to speak to someone at Health Sherpa.
I can only find emails address and would like some clarification and more of a understanding on how there site works.
Also would be nice when you run into issues to call someone rather than email.

Yeah call them or email they will for sure get back to you very quickly and explain everything in complete detail. Should not be more than 5 minutes.:D
 
I have never waited more than 60 minutes for a response via email

I also explain in detail what the issue is and what I want done to get it corrected. We are all extremely busy. Give them all the information you can and what you want as the resolution. A phone call takes significantly more time than email.

The ONLY time it wasn't immediately corrected was when a client had a "special character" in their email name. Hc.gov won't take those, so the app sits until you put in an email address without a special character. I had to go into the app and fix. Then I sent the Sherp an email. I had the enrollment confirmation within 10 minutes.
 
I'm still awaiting a reply to my iOS problem. Tons of business down the drain due to people being redirected to Health Sherpa after clicking "Find Plans" we've had 200 visits through Adwords on mobile devices. All of which drop off after they put in their zip code in.

Get that off. Don't use it for that. Using mobile will not work with any insurance based system. maybe healthcare.gov but that is about it. No Healthshop, go health, quotit, norvax, ioix, sherpa, aca and the rest don't work right.

Solution
What you should do is Make sure you're using a google fwd number and having a separate ad dedicated for mobile calls with g-adwords, People searching on the mobile want to talk with someone. Get that call button on your ads then you will see your conversions go up triple because they are calling you. Make sure you split your desktop ad and mobile ad. Your ad on mobile should be a call to action.

Thanks for the info. Its really unfortunate. I know there are plenty of people who only use their iPads, who actually are signing up on Sherpa, we're just not getting the credit.

We do get a few calls from our mobile ads with the call button which is great. It's the ones we're missing out on that are so disappointing.

Ning, why does the phone not work? Why do you not answer emails? Have you run away?

Guys seriously, go through the proper channels. The forum is not the venue for communicating with vendors over housekeeping issues.

Ning, is very very busy...he has always gotten back to my emails or a staff member has.

You guys need to understand he has hundreds of agents submitting hundreds of apps. Please be respectful.
