I use HealthConnect to quote. I then email the quote to the prospect. The prospect can then clink on the "apply" link.

Here are the four options: (At least on mine). I don't see any group but perhaps that's because I didn't ask for it. The short term and regular plans can not be mixed which is a bother.

That is a lot different than mine. That looks like my Norvax screen with the apply button.
