Hello From Michigan

If u are generating your own leads and not reselling to other vendors, I would b happy to compete with 4 other agents

At $8 per lead you are certainly undercutting your competition. But shared leads suck. If I where to buy internet leads, id rather pay $40 for it to be exclusive. And obviously you have never called a shared lead who was totally pissed b/c they have 5 people calling them... they will forget all about the donations and be cussing your site after the barrage of phone calls... just my opinion though...

To be honest with you, I have worked off 85% leads for my entire career and I have had my share of people pissed about all the people calling them. There is two main reasons that I feel people get this way.

1. The site that generates the leads resells the lead to other affilliates or they sell it to more than they allow. I know InsureMe require a filter costing a few dollars otherwise they have freedom to send the lead to as many agents as they want.

2. The individuals filling out the lead are mislead into thinking that the prices will simply "pop up" after they finish filling out the lead.

What we have done to avoid this is to actually limit the amount of agents to 5 and actually stand by that. We never resell to affiliates or purchase leads from vendors. They are ALL genuine.

Secondly, we are working to make sure that anyone who fills out a lead understand what they are getting into. Agents WILL call them. We try to make sure they know this.

Finally, if you prefer exclusive leads, we can always work with that as well. There is ALOT of areas out there where for $8 your going to be getting exclusive leads just because we are new.

What charities will you be donating too? Does the individual entering the quote get to pick where their donation goes?

We are donating to any charity that has signed up with us or any charity that the lead submitter requests. The lead submitter does get to choose where their donation goes unless they have clicked on a link that is on a charities website. In that scenario, the selection is already made since the charity is the site that referred the lead in the first place.

Most agents I work with feel the same way. Most people I get complaining arent complaining that I called them and so did 4 other agents. It is that I called them and so did 15 other agents.

CQ is my company but I work full time as an agent using CharityQuotes, InsuranceLeads, InsureMe, Netquote, and Agent Insider.

I spend a lot of time trying to make sure our leads are better quality.
