Help on finding affordable Full Coverage/Liability auto insurance policies

Looking for some good affordable coverage and quotes for someone who has been in 3 car accidents, and is looking for someone to look into getting me full coverage/liability coverage. If someone can steer me to some hope, anything will do.

Affordable and 3 accidents are mutually exclusive.

He/she will pay high risk rates. No way to get around that for the number of years it takes for the accidents to drop off the driving record.
