Help Please-tracking Claims

hi,
i run all insurance billing for a treatment center for 90+ clients, i currently am tracking each individual patients claims on spreadsheets(1 per client).. does anyone have a better idea for this or a software program they can suggest? I bill 3 claims a week per client and i am overwhelmed even with a bunch of people working for me.. any help on this would be greatly appreciated
