The dust is old fart (me) dust:twitchy:

Mostly I was messing with him. There was not enough information. However, I know Vantis is a starting point. The now I just work backwards. At first glance I would say graded 30/70/100 with United Heritage. If no O2. $159.per k max face $25,000.00

But I bow to the FE experts.

A little rummy. Just got back from driving 7 hours round trip for one appointment. Getting to old for this.

I haven't had a chance to ask him yet. The only thing I could help her with would be UHL Graded (I think) but she has a small LH policy that she has had for 4 years. So taking her to graded would be a no no.:err:

Royal Neighbors is out too for the insulin prior to 50 and she'd only qualify for the express issue WL from United Home Life due to the COPD (assuming she's not on oxygen), but that has a 2-year graded (ROP+interest - 12% in year 1 and 24% in year 2).

I think Vantis is gonna offer the lowest rates, but they have a 2-yr ROP.

I don't know who would be able to offer an immediate death benefit for her med hx. I think someone mentioned something about Senior Life - if you look into them, i'd suggest trying to get a risk assessment with an underwriter to make sure she'd qualify.

Providing no oxy use and her diabetes is under control (A1c of 7% or less) Equitable Life & Casualty would offer her first day covg; (*AM Best B rated company). Rate $ 88.65 for 10K immediate benefit, continuous pay.

** Not sure if product is avail in her state.
