Male
Smoker
Insulin usage since 19 (Type II unbelievably)
Paranoid Schizo -- medicated and under control

Wondering if immediate coverage exists for this guy.

I was thinking Settlers but it looks like insulin usage is a Bronze plan, correct?

The Schizo is the problem, not the insulin use. GDB is about the best you might find, IMO.
