Chemo and radiation completed January 2012 (100% clean)
Takes Anastrozole; generic for Arimidex.
No other meds and otherwise great health.

Looking for best benefit/rate placement on permanent life.

Going to be limited to begin with. Are you talking a $15,000 burial policy or a $500,000 income/mortgage replacement policy?

Would like a min. of $25,000, but interested in up to $100,000. If at all possible.

I would suggest also posting in the Final Expense forum. On a $100,000 permanent policy you should see if she has the premium tolerance before you try that route. Take a std rate and multiply it times 4 or 5 to start.

A heavily rated term plan paired with a SIWL plan may be more attainable premium wise. And hopefully get her past the critical 5 and 10 year marks underwriting wise.

Breast cancer and yes, they did a lumpectomy.
