Highpoint Auto Insurance (NJ) Experience?

Hello,

Any NJ guys/gals out there have any experience with Highpoint Auto? I've been a marketing assistant to one of their agents for a little more then 3 months. For those who don't know, Highpoint is Prudentials old P&C book. Pru agents exclusively write auto through Highpoint.

Just recently got my P&C license in March, so I'm new to P&C lines. Some feedback would greatly appreciated, wondering if I have a decent thing going.

how competitive is there rate?. are you getting? base+commission?

Rates are not very competitive.. that's the problem. I'm getting salary/quarterly bonuses.
