Just wanted to ask about the measures you take to comply with HIPAA. As you may know, many carriers now institute measures & fines for non-compliance. What practical measures do you take? Are your portables (tablets, laptops) all encrypted and compliant? Email services? Any email to carrier / underwriter should be encrypted too... Irena, perhaps you can enlighten us on what LTCFP got in this area?
