HO3 in Big Bear, CA

We used to use Travelers for Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, etc but with their recent eligibility changes, they're not writing much in that area. Does anyone have a good suggestion for carriers that write in that area?

Foremost used to write in that area not sure if they still do.

State Farm isn't also.... they say they have reached their "maximum probable loss" limits... many other areas around Big Bear also.

There are some exceptions for existing Sf clients, but not many. That area is really set up for mega-losses due to many houses in close proximity
