Home Insurance for Bad Credit and a Lapse

Anyone have a company that would provide an HO-3 policy to someone who currently is in a lapse and has bad credit? I need this for South Carolina.

I have gotten declines from The Hartford, Safeco, ASI and Foremost ( Foremost was because of credit, they would have made done it even though there was a lapse) The lapse has been since Feb 2013 (non pay) divorce situation..

Universal Property will write with a lapse in SC. I've done a couple of those myself. They do not run credit but they would be ineligible for an HO3 if they have had a bankruptcy, lien, judgement or repossession in the last 60 months.

After that all I could think of would be the E & S market.
