Is there a homeowners company in Florida that will allow a roof to be replace AFTER binding?

Citizens allowed for some repairs after closing but even they will allow a roof to be replaced after binding.

Tower Hill will allow you to bind the policy prior to the roof being replaced as long as you clear it with an underwriter and submit a signed contract from the roofer stating that the work will be done within a certain amount of time
