Hometown Quotes, Yay or Nay ?

I've previously used hometown (along wit many others) and they were exclusive, a bit more expensive but ultimately same loust results as all the others. I bought a lot of internet leads every month for 4 years, had a ft employee working them and ultimately discovered that (at least in my area) the roi just isn't there especially when considereing the quality of folks we did get via internet sales.... Now we're just working the old/aged leads we have and getting the same results. If I were starting out now I'd figure out another way to get in front of people...... good luck.

This is good advice. There is nothing wrong with HTQ, Internet leads in general are the problem.

My carrier use HTQ's for a new program which they pay for our Internet leads. They are auto and I hate getting auto leads in general but they do seem to be decent. I found that the leads that suck are always the ones that come from the bad areas in my location.

I also buy leads in general on my own. I have good success with them and they stay on the books. You need to do them right. Buy leads that your competitive with, in locations that your carrier wants to write business in, cross-sell, and ask for referrals.
