Philadelphia doesn't write under $50K or hotels?

So that would be larger typically franchise hotels?

I am interested in Hotels what is a typical premium for a smaller hotel?

Travelers claims to have a program, I haven't used it but I have seen programs advertised on the Travelers Site.

Philadelphia doesn't insure hotels under $50k premium per year.

The reason for this post was to find a direct carrier with which I can work with (i.e. Philadelphia) instead of going through a general agency but seems like niche hotels (those under $50k) are harder to insure so will have to go through a GA...

As a fellow New Yorker, its all to common we have to go to GA's for things.
