I just got my P&C license in southern California. I'm looking to be an independent broker. But I'm not sure how can I get appointed with the insurance carrier. Where should I start? Any advice?

Did you do any research or have any plan before you got your ins lic??

YOu might just want to work for an existing P and C agency until you learn the ropes...
