How do I find out vision benefits on CareSource Plan???

Ohhh Man I have about had it with sooo much wasted time this AEP

Alright on the exchange there is a CareSource plan that in its title has adult vision and gym
I wanted to know for myself and for clients what is covered

I spent an hour on Healthsharper trying to find info , I read SOB top to bottom the brochure and the only thing I can find is pediatric vision

I had my wife call and they say they cannot tell her unless she does an application??
