I’m curious to see how you like to approach prospects with low experience modification factors. I see a lot of brokers going after the high mods, but would love to hear your approaches on the lower mods.
I strictly write commercial p&c. I neither target high, nor low mods. I have a referral system in place, and am highly networked, so I get what I get, but I do some cherry picking.
Not only do I not target high mods, but depending on the reason, I may shy away. Again it depends on the reason, but usually a high mod is a sign of a problem client. I need less problems, not more.
With that said, why and how would a low mod client be approached differently?
