How Do You Manage Your Clients??

I have an awesome one my team has been using, does all you need to get people to respond, coordinate call backs, it's super affordable and the best customer service I've seen. Send me an email for details.

Try Act! If you want to give Act a facelift and make it look more like a financial advisor package, add Act 4 Advisors (ACT! CRM for Financial Planners, Investment Advisors, and Insurance Professionals). It helps change ACT from thinking of business relationships to thinking of individuals as clients, and tracks the info you'll need.

It does leave out somethings, but you can modify it as needed without much work to track the additions. Also, you can put in an automation tool for marketing purposes.

I used ACT! for years. I became jaded regarding the need to buy new software every couple of years with features that should have been added from the get go. I have since gone to the "cloud" for most of my CRM purposes. A quick search on google for "online CRM" should do the trick.

I like the fact that all of my contacts are available on demand regardless of where I am or what computer I am on.

I have used ACT in the past but I purchased YIO in the early summer and have not looked back,
It really is a great program and it you can tell that it was developed by insurance agents, and all the support you get is great too.
