That has to be a huge advantage. Easy for people to say you need to buy leads every week if you have a spouse that can pay the mortgage and has benefits at their job. Empty nesters would also have a lot less responsibility.

If you can't buy leads every week...don't get in the business. This is a business and in every business you have to be willing and able to invest in it. The reason most businesses and visa vi insurance agents fail...would be because they are under-capitolized. Either that or they are lazy and can't get out of bed and go see the people.

I do not display agree. I am saying it is a bit easier for a guy with no kids and a working wife than for the a guy with a couple kids and a waitress wife. The first guy can fail for a few months, the second guy can not fail for a couple weeks.

Rick has been failing since the 70's so I'd say a working wife could get you a long way...

If you chose to be advanced do it with your primary carriers only. Go as earned for your niche carriers...it's much easier to manage debt.

Beware of carriers that advance you and then charge you interest...Trans does this.
