didn't say the actual transfer of power takes place on jan 6 i said the count has to happen on the 6th and if it doesn't there is nothing in the constitution that says they can do the count on the 7th or any day after that.that is why it would have caused chaos and trump schemers knew this and would have exploited this just like they exploit every loophole .Why do you think trump invited all the proud boys to be there on Jan 6- it will be wild?Class dismissed.
