How to Find Beneficiary Info?

I don't write much life as I focus in on Medicare but have a couple cases to focus in on as AEP has wrapped up. I have a let's just say odd client. I will be writing a policy and he doesn't have any info other then the name of the nephew he would like to name as the beneficiary. If we have exhausted the normal methods of finding out this general info are there other places to help you find this out? Peoplefinder.com or something? Also says his dad was an All State agent for decades and he recently passed. Imagine there would be a chance his Dad had a life policy with him listed as a beneficiary. He does not have that much info on his Dad either. Best way to find out if you are an heir to a life policy? More to all of this but I am on my phone. Any help as to pointing me in the right direction much appreciated.
