You should want to host your own account. If you host it on a server such as WordPress or Blogger, you run the chance of having it ripped down someday. Imagine having your blog up for a year or so and you have all sorts of content and traffic, then some yo-yo files a complaint and your entire blog gets deleted. When you host your own account, you won't have to worry about getting it deleted ever. You can get a hosting account for like $6.95 per month and host as many sites and domains as you'd like. You'll just need to learn how to upload files via a FTP such as File Zilla which is free. I could point folks to a source to learn that for free. So I'd recommend WordPress.org but you could get results with the choice Mark recommended.
