New-agent questions | How to I go about finding specific details about MAPD plan details from carriers like: UHC, Humana, Aetna, etc?

For example: Premium, MOOP, PCP copay, Specialist Copay, Inpatient Hospital, Outpatient, Ambulance, Emergency Care, Urgent Care, etc.

Looking at op's spreadsheet. 2 questions.

There is a line marked transportation. What is that for?

Don't understand all the ramifications on Meds. If there are 5 drug tiers, why are there only 4 figures on the rx line?

Some of the DSNP plans provide transportation to medical appointments.

I believe there are actually 6 tiers. Also, the box was only big enough for 4 tiers.
