The income limits are so high for OB medicaid.3 options:
-Get a job with health insurance that includes maternity
-Buy an HSA-compatible policy, negotiate a flat cash price, and use the HSA to pay for everything.
-Everyone's favorite - Medicaid! Why pay for it when somebody else will?

This doesn't apply to all plans. Some carriers will treat any type of delivery as a non-covered. For example, the wording we gave at BCBSKC was "When you got pregnant, you knew you'd have to deliver some way, so that is NOT a complication".Vaginal deliveries: Pay cash
