How would you inquire about an annuity opportunity

I have a client who mentioned to me that him and his wife are planning on annuitizing their 401ks. What would be your next move after hearing this? Im not good with this stuff yet and I dont want to sound like I want his money or overstepping by asking.

"Oh? Sounds like you've been looking at some options. Do you have any questions I can help with?"

It's rare to hear the term 'annuitizing' from a consumer, so it tells me that they're looking, reading, shopping, etc. Just find out where their head is at and what they're looking to accomplish.
