My personal growth has zero to do with being an IMO or FMO. Agents in general have the greatest opportunity in years to grow their BOB. Personally I have many clients and less that 1% Dual. Agents that churn the dual market and or rely on the dual market are going to have it a challenging year with anticipated dual plan changes.
Agents with a large dual client base have grown their business faster than agents that have actually worked the old-fashioned way with referrals, centers of influence, etc. Many MA agents that focus on Duals are churn and burn type sales people.
I work with a referral source that asked me today to meet with one of her residents. She explained that they had enrolled on a different dual plan every month since January yes, every month since January.
I informed her that I was going to pass that I did not want that person as a client because they were dual. This happens but very seldom with a non-dual member.
