A friend of mine, who travels quite a bit with her job, has a son, age 17, who will be attending college in Colorado.

I guess I need to find out what college, don't I, so I know who can help. I am only licensed in the state of Georgia, and don't feel it would be worth it to get licensed in CO for one sale.
