Not sure why it matter how long someone else has been doing this or how much money they do or do not make, unless they are going to be paying my bills!
We all have the same opportunity to make money. Some are more successful but might have way more bills. Some may be less successful and have less bills.
I know some agents that came to me recently that would sell 200k+ but they were not making much money because of lower commissions and buying a ton of leads.
If you're happy with what YOURE bringing in, nothing else should matter. If you're putting in the work but not making what you need to make, then you might want to talk to someone that's making the type of money you want to make and follow their lead.
