I Need GA Contract Info

I am fairly new to the Life and Health insurance industry. I am currently a health agent and have done very well, but am not getting the commissions I deserve since my manager is getting wealthy off the business I keep writing. I need a GA contract so I can finally make the money I deserve. I'm looking for a company that offers the 12 month advance pay and I'd like 25% commission if it's out there. Does anyone know how I can obtain a GA contract with the requirements I'm seeking?? Any information is soooooooooo greatly appreciated.

How much guaranteed production can you offer them?

I will have 2 agents working for me and will guarantee 250,000 annual premium to the company I sign a GA contract with. I currently write Assurant with the agency I'm contracted but can't get a GA contract with Assurant until I wait out the 6 months to be released. Do you have advice about a reputable carrier that can provide me a GA with advanced commission at 25%? I'm desperate to leave my agency asap because I'm sick and tired of working for 10% and handing all my money to the management.

I was hoping this forum would be friendlier, but I guess it isn't. Just because I'd like a 250,000 production level contract does not mean I will only write 2 apps per week. What it means is I'm looking to make 25% instead of the 10 I'm making at an agency. It also means I want the $5,000 bonus every time I produce $100,000 worth of annual premium!!! How do you know how much I'm planning to write among 3 good agents??? One should NEVER ASSume anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think what he was saying is 250K AP is only 2 apps a week. And that isn't a lot for 3 people to write. These guys are a little rough but you will learn a lot here. The best thing to do is just sit back and watch. Let someone else ask the questions and just learn from the answers and don't get attacked by the guys here. LOL Stick around a while and you will see that these guys know what they are talking about.
