Still, for MA these are important for medsupp there are many more choices

She should call the company and try to get a release

I don't know that all of them need jan for transfer without release I do Know UHC does

Humana is only 3 months

I dont know the rest I bet Aetna would be shorter though

What state do you live in? I don't think they can hold appointments in employment at will states

If you had another agency do a silent transfer then UHC would be Jan because their 6 months would land AEP and they don't release during AEP

I don't know what others have this rule

Humana is only 3 months so way before jan

I don't know the other you can talk with the agency you are trying to transfer to

If YOu want quicker you can get a release from the company you worked for then it would be immediate
