OK, I had a message from a Karen type client. She is the Aunt of a really great client couple I have. They warned me when they referred her. She is challenging. I should have fired her as a client years ago.
So, she has been blowing up a Company CSR whom I know as a real sweetheart. I had to get stern with Karen and tell her at her request I would have a surrender form sent to her. Also that I would refer her to a couple of other agents. She became sweet as pie and said it was a misunderstanding.
I felt like this guy.

Not a much better feeling than putting a difficult client in their place. Some think they can walk all over you. It's a great feeling when you can let them know they, in fact, can't walk all over you.

Ha, she was constantly calling me about AARP mailers and Term commercials.
I think i have a Small $10,000 Sagicor short pay GUL on her with a 1035 dump in. No one is going to touch her price. But every year or so some numbnutz would try to replace it.
I think she will be a claim soon, so I am stuck with her.
I have agents that do this stuff all of the time.
I got a text this a.m. that was a screengrab of a TikTok asking me if I know "what is this?"
I am already losing my hair and it's coming out faster on the daily.
You should work the Medicare market. I got calls and emails every week about "I hit a call from someone telling me I might be missing out on new benefits". It's never ending.
