Prosperity will let you do that? Do you just call into customer service? I was required to go fill out a new form when I contacted them by email... Which I had to do because it seemed to be impossible to get someone on the phone or a callback for several days.
I changed a De card of the phone back in August . American Amicable let's you change banking info on the phone as long as it's the same bank. Trans was( I hardly use now) the most anal fe company on earth . Waits times on the phone are 1-2 hrs . But prosperity is terrible to . I swear they only have 1-2 customer service reps as I got the same person every time . And there agent hotline forget it . It goes on hold for 20 mins then you gave to leave a message . Lbl same crap . On hold for 1 hr for agent hotline .
You just need to email prosperity there's no point in calling them.
Prosperity is quickly on my list for contact issues. They have a great app but need to bump up their game in the service department.
I'll take your suggestion and shoot them an email tomorrow. I've called 3 times in the last 2 days and left messages each time. No returned calls yet. getting on my nerves.
Just think how this terrible customer service is going to affect you when your in a house replacing a policy . You call the company to take the client off bank draft or to get the current policy values. No clients going to wait 30 mins on hold .Its a problem . Trans is taking 3 -4 weeks on many customer service issues now .
