I will never write another DE case again

Prosperity will let you do that? Do you just call into customer service? I was required to go fill out a new form when I contacted them by email... Which I had to do because it seemed to be impossible to get someone on the phone or a callback for several days.

I changed a De card of the phone back in August . American Amicable let's you change banking info on the phone as long as it's the same bank. Trans was( I hardly use now) the most anal fe company on earth . Waits times on the phone are 1-2 hrs . But prosperity is terrible to . I swear they only have 1-2 customer service reps as I got the same person every time . And there agent hotline forget it . It goes on hold for 20 mins then you gave to leave a message . Lbl same crap . On hold for 1 hr for agent hotline .

Prosperity is quickly on my list for contact issues. They have a great app but need to bump up their game in the service department.

You just need to email prosperity there's no point in calling them.

I'll take your suggestion and shoot them an email tomorrow. I've called 3 times in the last 2 days and left messages each time. No returned calls yet. :1arghh: getting on my nerves.

Yeah email is the way to go. I email our contact over there and they get back to me in less than an hour.
 
Just think how this terrible customer service is going to affect you when your in a house replacing a policy . You call the company to take the client off bank draft or to get the current policy values. No clients going to wait 30 mins on hold .Its a problem . Trans is taking 3 -4 weeks on many customer service issues now .

It's beyond me why carriers are too tight to hire personnel to take care of the agents and the clients. After all, without agents or clients, there is no carrier. 3rd grade math. Do you think maybe they will be the next one to exit the FE arena?
