If ObamaCare is Struck Down, What Will Happen at the State Level?

I have the fear that even if it is struck down, Carzy California will move ahead with it. But where's the money going to come from???

He, he. When did California ever not do something because it did not have the money?

The key is to for people to market the idea the same way that Obamacare was marketed which is to say that it is a cost savings, national debt reduction plan- not an expense. In other words, California cannot afford not to do this. You know that will work.

I figure if I work really hard, selling the pa state plan, I can make a living,,, lets see... if I sell 20 a week. 20 x 0 = ? This is now my greatest concern.

Think of all of the legislation already in place in numerous states. Technically, it is not tied to Obamacare; it's free standing.

What a bunch of buffoons (Pelosi & Co.).

Calif. will probably go forward but as a whole this whole thing for the Anti-ObamaCare has never been about healthcare. It's never been about or if it''s constitutional. It's about being against anything President Obama.

They know there's a problem and the people need a solution but it's only been about getting rid of it by people who basically have no skin in the game.

If it's struck down how will it effect the current members of the House, Senate, and Supreme Court? What will the effect be on the people?

Well, we won't have an unconstitutional mandate, Obamacare will not be increasing our deficit, and the IRS won't be able to hire additional goons.

And Chumps can stop reading the bill. He's only got to page 800 and hoped to spend the rest of spring reading the rest.
