Immediate Benefits of the Bill Potential for Sales

I see some changes that may translate to Sales for us, Im not sure of Regulation behind it though. But some possible people we may be able to help Immediately who are unisured or underinsured are.

Small Businesses; This Bill willOffer tax credits to small businesses to purchase coverage

Children with Pre-X; Prohibit pre-existing condition exclusions for children in all new plans

Immediate access to a High Risk Pool; I dont understand if this is something that may translate into Sales. Im over my head on this and could use some explanition of how this gets marketed, if at all.
