Indemnity, Network or PPO?

OK, who can explain to me what the difference in these three types of plans are? If given a choice to provide YOUR MOM with one of these, in which order would you recommend them?

I also have seen plans toting "Any Doctor, Any Hospital". Better option?

PPO or maybe HMO. No way in hell I would ever go with an indemnity plan

Depth of discount is about the ONLY differentiator these days. HMO's in most areas have a much deeper discount than the PPO's have. This is different for each area of the country and even different within each area of any given State.

Give you an example... HMO's that have decent market share can garner about a 40-60% discount. PPO's that have market share can garner about 15-30% discount.

As usual...... I agree with Somarco on the indemnity choice.
