Independence Blue Cross in PA

Does anyone know of a general agent in PA for Independence Blue Cross that will allow their brokers to get overrides?

I'm currently with Emerson Reid and they don't allow overrides which really sucks.

Good question and let me know if you find an answer. I don't think I get overrides either. Whatever they are.
